Artist's Statement

Vedanth P is a first-year B.Tech Computer Science student at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham whose practice spans cloud architecture, AI integration, and product engineering. His work explores the intersection of scalable systems and real-world impact — from hotel management platforms to AI-powered financial tools.

Working across Python, FastAPI, AWS, Docker, Flutter, and Haskell, he approaches each project with the rigour of an engineer and the urgency of a founder. Having served as Lead Founding Engineer at an AI-based startup, he is now building his own AI-powered startup — turning hard-won engineering experience into a company of his own.

  • Built a hotel management SaaS replacing the front desk, featuring a WhatsApp bot for customers and a Flutter app for staff notifications
  • Architected a backend on AWS using FastAPI and MySQL, implementing WebSockets for real-time check-in/out updates
  • Integrated LangChain to enable the WhatsApp bot to execute Python tools via LLM function calling, containerized with Docker

A custom, non-LLM algorithm that tokenizes ticket content to dynamically learn and update ticket priority based on changes in a SQLite database. Implemented with a robust API layer using the Servant framework.
